We are seeking a salesperson to become a part of our small team who will jump right in and get started! The Sales/Leasing Specialist role is to facilitate the leasing of available properties for our residential property management company. This includes the marketing of properties through our various listing partnerships, and screening prospective tenants to ensure appropriate qualifications are met.
Responsibilities
Advertising available properties and taking showing pics
Following up on leads for potential renters
Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units
Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements
Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information
Utilizing advertising partnerships to drive potential tenant foot traffic
Preparing and executing leases and the collection of first months rent and Security
Scheduling walkthroughs and the exchange of keys with new tenants
Coordinating monthly and quarterly events for new and existing tenants
Preparing and sending out the quarterly newsletter to current tenants
Sending out lease renewals and getting them signed and returned
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
An eye for detail
Solid References
Clean driving record, current license, and vehicle
Knowledge of Canva or similar design programs
Experience with social media including but not limited to posting and responding to messages
Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, sheets, docs, photos)
Previous experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets
Associates degree or higher preferred
