We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our dynamic team in Ann Arbor. As one of our team's key leaders, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusiveness, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example, embodying our commitment to impeccable service and culinary excellence.
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and administrative functions.
Collaborate with Executive Chef to ensure seamless service from the back of house to the front.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in an upscale dining and/or catering establishment.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
Passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering unparalleled dining experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
