Overnight Retail Administrator Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • WILL BE WORKING THE OVERNIGHT SHIFT.
  • Support CORE Management.
  • Maintain Authorizations within the Retail database.
  • Pull and analyze reports from the Retail database.
  • Maintain Authorizations in the Retail database.
  • Train employees on planogram/schematic analyst understanding/comprehension.
  • Lead the team with initiative and integrity.
  • Stock and reset product on store shelving when needed.
  • Schedule hotel bookings and make travel arrangements for the team.
  • Work directly with Retail Sales Associates in support of Managements objectives.
  • Maintain Trackers for various functions within CORE on the Connects Website.
  • Print and collate mailings for Retail Sales Associates as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education Level: High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or retail environment.
  • Prior industry experience preferred (i.e., retail sales and marketing, etc.).
  • Prior project coordinator experience a plus.
  • Intermediate level skills in Excel, Power Point, and basic Access skills.
  • Must be able to work overnight shifts.
  • Must be able to work four, 10-hour day shifts or more consecutively.
  • All overtime worked will be paid at time and a half.
  • Must be able to travel when required (local and out of town/state).
  • Must have a complete understanding of retail reporting system including how to input information and pull reports, as well as serving as a contact for new users.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and deal professionally with associates, clients, and customers.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks, handle a variety of tasks at one time and adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must perform the job safely and utilize proper safety techniques and use of equipment when appropriate.
