Roles And Responsibilities

  • Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and goals, providing personalized advice and solutions.
  • Product Recommendations: Recommend and promote retail banking products and services such as savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, mortgages, credit cards, and investment options based on customer requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial assessments and analyses for customers to assess their financial health, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies while adhering to ethical standards in all customer interactions.
  • Sales and Business Development: Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the branch by actively cross-selling banking products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice and maintain competitive advantage.
