Retail Banking Consultant
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Retail Banking Consultant to join our team. As a Retail Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice and guidance to our retail banking customers. You will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their financial goals by recommending suitable banking products and services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and promoting customer loyalty. This position requires a strong understanding of retail banking products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our clients.

- Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and goals, providing personalized advice and solutions.
- Product Recommendations: Recommend and promote retail banking products and services such as savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, mortgages, credit cards, and investment options based on customer requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial assessments and analyses for customers to assess their financial health, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies while adhering to ethical standards in all customer interactions.
- Sales and Business Development: Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the branch by actively cross-selling banking products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice and maintain competitive advantage.
