Job Title: Retail Country General Manager

Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $ 180K to 250K annual base pay + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage the business operations of the company: Establish a standardized company operating system for the group, carry out daily operation and management activities to ensure that the Group's various tasks and targets are reached.
• Reach sales targets: Through the development of various operational activities, coordination with the headquarters of the relevant departments and resources, to achieve the company's sales targets.
• Retail stores expansion: Vigorously develop the local franchise business, explore the store sales network, and increase market share,
• Achieve profit targets: Improve business operations and operational efficiency, and control all aspects of the cost of expenses to achieve profit targets.
• Establishment of talent echelon: Set up and cultivate talent echelon to ensure the healthy development of the department's business.
• Develop brand strategy: Cooperate with the headquarters brand center, develop brand development strategy in line with the local market situation, and enhance the local brand image.
• Public relations and crisis management: Develop and maintain local public relations and crisis management
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven commercial track record of at least 10 years in U.S. market retail industry with the same position or VP level of store operations with broad understanding of the industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory
• Strong in operations, demonstrated experience in managing the value chain from production to customers
• Strong leadership skills and talents, strong team building ability, excellent personal characteristics and the spirit of practical work.
• Advanced management concepts as well as strong strategy development and implementation capabilities.
• Good leadership and people management skills
