All Star Medical is currently looking to hire a dedicated Sales Professional for our retail medical sales team. Our company specializes in providing essential mobility solutions such as stair lifts, mobility scooters, lift chairs, and wheelchair ramps to improve the quality of life for our customers. This inside position is in the Hermitage TN location
Position: Retail Sales Representative
Location: Hermitage, TN
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their mobility needs and recommend appropriate products.
Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or medical sales is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge or interest in mobility aids and medical equipment is a plus.
