Responsibilities
Meet personal and store KPI's and sales goals.
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise giving advice and guidance on product.
Build relationships with clients.
Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures.
Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
Provide the highest level of customer service online and offline.
Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
Communicate and maintain retail standards across the store, including price tags, stocking shelves with merchandise.
Assist in the maintenance of all inventory, stockroom, and shipments.
Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management and the company.
Handling cash and sales transactions.
