Retail Associates are responsible for generating sales by providing all customers with an exceptional shopping experience resulting in positive customer relationships and a profitable store. They are expected to embody and represent the Nine Line company culture and brand image at all times while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in order to maintain a positive working environment.

Essential Functions
Consistently demonstrate the Nine Line brand standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales goals.
Perform quick and accurate register transactions while adhering to company standards and policies.
Contribute to a positive team environment by effectively communicating with coworkers and treating one another with kindness and respect.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all product offerings.
Provide support to coworkers through sharing of product knowledge and assisting with completing of tasks.
Maintain standards of a clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and processing room to ensure the store environment is safe and presentable for employees and customers.
Proactively resolve customer concerns in a manner that is consistent with company policies. Collaborate with store leadership on elevated issues.
Ensure sales floor restock is conducted each day.
Work Environment
This job operates in a retail store setting in addition to some time spent in a warehouse environment. Retail Associates will be required to use standard store equipment including POS systems, telephones, and folding equipment.
Physical Demands
This position requires long periods of standing and walking, ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is full-time and part-time. Workdays are Monday-Saturday with working hours of 8:30am-6:30pm. Full-time retail associates are expected to work 40 hours a week. Part-time retail associates are expected to work 15-30 hours a week.
Travel
Travel is very minimal with the exception of occasional events.
