Sr Executive Retirement Industry Recruiter at CPS Inc.
Position Overview:
The Retirement Plan Advisory Sales Consultant position will focus on identifying and developing new business within the regional territory. This person would network and prospect to develop new leads, communicate with potential clients and eventually bring in new clients who were looking to better their companies retirement plan by offering various plan solutions. This person would explain the service offering, address any questions and ultimately establish new accounts.
Compensation:
$200,000+ per year
Base compensation of between $100,000 and $125,000 with a 30% payout on revenue of new business as well as on renewals. This position also qualifies for an additional bonus on business exceeding goals. This role has full benefits and an excellent path for growth.
Requirements:
Ability to travel regionally
FINRA licenses Series 7 and 66
Track record of direct retirement plan sales
