- Account Management: Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing any issues, and assist with the onboarding of new clients.
- Education and Training: Conduct training sessions for clients, educating them on retirement plan features, regulations, and best practices.
- Retention and Growth: Develop strategies to retain existing clients, enhance satisfaction, and identify opportunities for additional planning, consulting, or wealth management needs.
- 4-year degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the retirement plan industry with a strong client-centric approach.
- Strong understanding of retirement plan products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Possession of appropriate FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 63 and 65 or Series 66).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AIF, CPFA) are a plus.
