Your Impact in This Role

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Consultative Support: Offer expert guidance on various retirement plan topics, conducting regular plan reviews and consultations.
  • Account Management: Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing any issues, and assist with the onboarding of new clients.
  • Education and Training: Conduct training sessions for clients, educating them on retirement plan features, regulations, and best practices.
  • Retention and Growth: Develop strategies to retain existing clients, enhance satisfaction, and identify opportunities for additional planning, consulting, or wealth management needs.

What You Bring to The Table

  • 4-year degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the retirement plan industry with a strong client-centric approach.
  • Strong understanding of retirement plan products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
  • Possession of appropriate FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 63 and 65 or Series 66).
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AIF, CPFA) are a plus.
