Revenue Cycle Manager

My Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle process. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of billing, collections, and claims processes to maximize revenue and enhance patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire revenue cycle process including patient registration, billing, coding, claims processing, and collections.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance and improve key metrics such as Days in Accounts Receivable (AR), denial rates, and collection rates.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements.
• Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to streamline processes and enhance the patient experience.
• Manage and mentor revenue cycle team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure the effective use of revenue cycle management software and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and collections processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
