About the Role

The Sales Team at this organization has the exciting opportunity to introduce a groundbreaking product to hundreds of thousands of dentists nationwide. The focus is to increase sales funnel conversion and speed while generating new business that evolves into long-term, satisfied customers. The Sales Operations arm of the Revenue Operations organization plays a vital role in supporting and furthering the sales team's mission.


As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager, you will collaborate with a high-growth, fast-paced sales organization. You will help drive and measure compliance and performance concerning the sales team's key performance indicators. You will serve as a thought partner to a rapidly expanding Sales Executive team, ensuring operational excellence. This includes maintaining process and policy adherence and collaborating with the Enablement team to set up sales team members for success. You will work closely with operations teams across the revenue funnel to facilitate a seamless customer journey. Additionally, you will report on team performance results to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for performance enhancements and process improvements.


What You’ll Do

- Report and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly key performance metrics across the team, highlighting trends and proactively flagging issues to Sales Leadership.


- Manage Sales Operations deliverables, including pipeline reporting and ad-hoc analyses.


- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for Salesforce and other systems to ensure the team is up to date on opportunities, tasks, and overall activity goals.


- Identify gaps in SOP compliance and KPI performance across Account Executives and collaborate with Sales Management to address them.


- Analyze activity data and funnel progression to help optimize the sales motion and uncover any areas of friction or opportunity.


- Act as an internal process expert for the Account Executives on the sales tech stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.


- Take ownership and adapt across the sales business to cultivate top-tier Sales Operations.


- Work cross-functionally to identify, develop, and execute process improvements.


What You’re Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical and operational roles.


- Proven track record of continuous process improvement with significant strategic impact.


- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.


- Ability to operate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Training, Marketing, and Enablement.


- Capability to make independent judgment calls in initiating projects, techniques, and evaluation criteria for achieving results.


- Strong understanding of excellence and the ability to inspire others through a commitment to quality.


- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Salesforce; familiarity with Outreach and Gong is a plus.


- Advanced analytical skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.


- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.


- Highly organized, self-starter who takes initiative and ensures that important details are managed effectively.


- Takes pride in their work and consistently delivers with the highest quality.


- Proven experience in stakeholder management.


- Adaptable and comfortable with change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
