We are looking for a proactive Risk Assessment Manager to identify, analyze, and manage risks that could impact our organization's operations and objectives. In this role, you will develop and implement risk assessment strategies, conduct risk evaluations, and work to mitigate potential threats.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to evaluate operational, financial, and strategic risks.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and exposure areas.
Analyze risk data and prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk findings, trends, and recommendations.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective risk management practices and integration into business processes.
Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks.
Monitor and review risk management activities and update risk assessment processes as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to enhance risk management strategies.
Provide training and support to staff on risk management principles and practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, FRM) are a plus.
5+ years of experience in risk management, risk assessment, or a related role.
Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present risk findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
