Work Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week – typically between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday; may include nights or weekends for events and programs, as scheduled, Limited Term.

NATURE OF WORK
As an intern within the Human Resources (HR) Department, the individual in the Risk Management Intern position will perform a variety of administrative and technical support duties related to Human Resources/Risk Management for the Town of Windsor.
A Risk Management Intern involves themselves by assisting a team in identifying potential risks, developing risk controls, and reporting critical finds. Interns may perform tasks such as writing risk reports, and supporting the Human Resources/Risk Management team. Ultimately, an outstanding Risk Management Intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills. This temporary employment may be scheduled through the year on a full-time basis depending on the needs of the town but will not exceed six months in length (or 1,040 hours, whichever comes first). This is strictly temporary employment.
