We are seeking a proactive and analytical Risk Manager to oversee and manage risk within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the company's assets and operations are protected. This role requires a deep understanding of risk management principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify and assess risks that could impact the organization’s financial health and operations.
Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on risk exposure and potential threats.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate risk management practices into business processes.
Advise senior management on risk-related issues and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Prepare and present risk reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications such as CFA or FRM preferred).
Proven experience in risk management or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of risk assessment tools and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
