Key Responsibilities: The Project Manager's duties include ensuring the safety of field personnel assigned to projects, managing field labor productivity, quality assurance, and coordination. Implement safety policies and procedures at jobsites and the fabrication shop, and train all personnel in safety practices. Document site safety reviews for visited projects. Lead New Hire Orientation for all employees. Conduct live training for Competent Persons (e.g., Confined Space, Fall Protection, Excavation and Trenching). Keep all documentation up to date. Ensure all programs and policies are in place and being followed. Conduct accident investigations. Effectively apply our methodology and enforce standards. Develop relationships with clients to build trust. Lead by example and foster a safety culture through coaching and counseling. Be available during high-risk activities, such as crane work. Perform other assigned duties. ? Qualifications and Experience: Prefer a minimum of 3 to 5 years of construction experience in safety management for large commercial and industrial projects. HS Diploma or equivalency required. Minimum of 5 years of safety experience. Understanding of OSHA and Cal-OSHA regulations. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, email). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. OSHA 500 Certification, or the ability to attain certification within 6 months. 1st Aid/CPR trained. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
