In order to capitalize on the market needs, we need an experienced Sales/Account Director to work with our direct clients’ staffing needs. We need an aggressive worker who will work hard to work on build relationships, find needs, submit candidates (working with our recruiting team), and close sales. In 1-2 quarters this role will hire and lead the sales team.
This is a full-time remote job, with benefits. Open to anyone in the US.

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 plus bonus/commission

Responsibilities
- Learn Stage 4 Solutions’ approach; value propositions and recruiting processes
- Learn Stage 4 Solutions’ systems – Hubspot, Ceipal (ATS), Box, etc
- Work with key assigned clients; work on direct client needs
- Create Job descriptions and interview questions based upon clients’ needs
- Work with the recruiting team to finalize the selection of team members for the project. Manage client interviews of selected team members.
- Meet quarterly sales targets by closing projects.
- Ensure client success by providing ongoing relationship management
- Build new client relationships
- Hire and lead sales team members in 1-2 quarters
- 5+ years experience in sales/account manager roles with staffing/recruiting companies.
- MUST – Prior experience working with staffing companies in professional staffing – Marketing, IT, Operations
- Experience leading a sales team
- Results-oriented; process orientated, aggressive with strong desire to succeed
- Client service orientation: strong relationship builder, curious; good listener; positive and engaging personality
- Experience working with offshore recruiting team, required
- Detailed oriented; process focused
- Bachelor's degree
