This role also assists in creating a loyal fan club for Entire Productions while introducing our solid and engaging offerings to prospective new clients and artists. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, showcasing our services and expertise to generate new business opportunities. 20%
  • Handle inbound sales calls, providing information about our offerings, addressing client inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process. 80%
  • Conduct consultative sales to secure contracts, aiming to increase sales and nurture existing relationships while impressing potential clients.
  • Lead sales efforts around Entire’s promo and gifting division as an additional offering.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop a comprehensive experience design incorporating entertainment across various guest touch-points, aligning with event themes, catering, location, guest demographics, etc.
  • Craft compelling proposals that showcase innovative ideas to win client business.
  • Offer high-quality talent options that enhance the unique ambiance of each client's event.
  • Provide detailed responses to RFPs for clients seeking full-production event design, planning, and execution.
  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for clients throughout their engagement with us, from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration within the Entire Productions team.
  • Represent our company during venue walk-throughs and occasionally on-site for talent management.
  • Monitor and ensure that our talent represents our brand effectively and meets performance expectations outlined in contracts at events.
  • Must be available as needed for evenings and weekends to be onsite at events 



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in sales (customer service is a plus), preferably in the event or entertainment production industry.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Ability to influence others and convey credibility in a rapid, authentic manner.
  • Ensure speedy, concise responses with immaculate attention to detail while expertly managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • With confidence and creativity- the ability to present ideas for talent and convey their value, while keenly understanding client-specific needs.
  • Creative, with an eye for design
  • Deep critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills that can adjust to various audiences to facilitate effective communication.
  • Ability to enthusiastically and professionally promote our company and its product to clients, suppliers, staff, and other members of the general public.
  • Ability to successfully function independently and with ambiguous and changing deadlines.
  • Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities and work assignments. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of business ethics.
  • Tech-savvy: Fluent with online applications, proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, and other online-based applications.
  • Must have ready access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the US.
  • Able to Lift 50 pounds
  • Standing for extended hours during events
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10% of the time


 DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience in Canva, Google Suite, and other tech-forward applications
  • College Degree- BA or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about music and entertainment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM applications


 

Full-Time Position. Salary + Profit Sharing. Appropriate with experience; company-sponsored Medical Package, 401k, education stipend, volunteer program, work from home/remote.
