Barcode Factory is a leading provider of barcode labels, printers, scanners, and other related products for businesses of all sizes. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team and help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a drive for achieving results.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and cold calling potential customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers

Keep updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach

Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or retail industry

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Knowledge of barcode technology is a plus, but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficient in MS Office and other sales tools

Willingness to travel as required

Salary: $30,000 to $44,000 yearly
