We are seeking entry-level professionals to join our Sales and Business Development team. In this role, you will drive business growth by generating new leads, identifying potential clients, and managing and expanding client relationships. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in building a pipeline of prospects across a variety of industries.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Conduct outbound prospecting to qualify new business leads and help source new business opportunities.
Identify potential clients and understand their needs and industry trends.
Partner with business development team members to schedule meetings with new prospects, set up meetings with existing strategic accounts to identify growth and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.
Candidate Experience and Education:
1+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field.
Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required. Fluency in a second/third language (e.g., German, Portuguese, Spanish, etc.) is considered a plus.
Experience in using MS Office and Google online tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Spreadsheets) is required.
Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is beneficial.
