Position Summary
Accelerate Learning is seeking a Sales Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will empower our sales organization by managing sales tools, coordinating training programs, and developing impactful sales content to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with senior leadership to implement a robust sales development program. The ideal candidate excels at balancing multiple projects and timelines while leading collaborative efforts to bring initiatives to life. Position Responsibilities
Manage sales enabling tools and provide first-line support to sales team members
Coordinate sales development training calendar and events
Develop and maintain the sales enablement content repository
Implement sales enablement programs, including onboarding and certifications
Develop and internal sales website for communication and resource access
Establish consistent communication with sales to gather feedback and ensure tool effectiveness
Position Qualifications
2-3 year of experience in sales, marketing or sales support
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Experience building sales development tools and training programs
Proficiency in e-Learning tools and content development
Ability to work cross-functionally and successfully collaborate with others
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Creative and strategic problem-solving ability
