As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Domaine, you will play a crucial role in driving the agency’s growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for many new business prospects, helping to generate interest in our services and setting up meetings for our sales team. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and excited to contribute to the growth of our agency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, CRM, industry events).
  • Outreach Strategy & Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales reps on target accounts, messaging, stakeholders, and cadences to achieve results and increase conversion rates.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social (LinkedIn, etc.) media to generate leads.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our services, qualifying leads based on established criteria.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales executives.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date information on all prospects.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and outreach activity.

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2+ years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience
  • Basic understanding of outbound marketing and sales strategies and best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and achieve results
  • Effective in managing and prioritizing time with competing priorities and deadlines
  • [Preferred] Experience with HubSpot
  • [Preferred] Experience in the Shopify Ecosystem or E-Commerce Industry
