The Opportunity

Cint Global Brands is a rapidly growing team tasked in helping brands solve the challenges in advertising research by bringing scale, speed, accuracy, flexibility, and quality to marketing studies. Cint is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team to develop and engage in crucial, early stage conversations with prospective clients to generate excitement in Cint’s capabilities.

You will be the first Sales Development Representative to join the team and will play a key role in the team’s growth and success. It will be a great opportunity to shape this new function and advance your career in sales.

This role is open to candidates living in the United States to work remotely within the EST time zone and/or from our New York office.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and generate a minimum number of qualified leads per month
  • Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to manage, track and report on sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the sales directors and marketing to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Develop, test & execute targeted outreach campaigns using multiple channels to generate interest in Cint's solutions
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in Cint’s services and technologies
  • Engage in early-stage conversations with prospects with the aim of assessing if there is a need and fit for Cint’s services and technologies.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven ability to build relationships and generate leads
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

Anticipated Salary Range (US Only)

In California, Colorado, New York City and Washington, the anticipated pay range for this role is $37,000 to $44,000 annual base salary with on target annual commission of $8,000 - $10,750. . This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
