**Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - North America**

**Location: Remote (North America)**

The Role

We are a leading provider of Transport Management Software (TMS), seeking to complement our sales talent with an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the North America market. This role serves as a vital link in servicing inquiries, managing a prospect pipeline, and carefully qualifying businesses to hand over to our Account Executive channel.

As an SDR, you will have a background in building and chasing down a prospect pipeline, having worked in a similar fast-paced environment with monthly sales quotas. This is a rare opportunity to make your mark in an evolving team. You'll be comfortable and have prior experience in reaching out to a variety of decision-makers, from owner-operators to operational leaders and other senior staff. A self-sufficient and 'go-getter' attitude is key, with full sales training and development on offer for the right person to further their career.

Your key stakeholders will be our Head of Sales, Account Executive (North America), and our General Manager.

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales qualification capacity, eager to chase down inquiries.
  • No fear of hard work on the phone - it's a numbers game!
  • Experience in managing a contact pipeline - CRM updates (we use HubSpot).
  • Attitude is key; the sales skills we can help you develop.
  • Experience dealing with marketing campaigns to drive effective appointments.
  • A history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas based on qualified leads.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adjust as you go to maximize your results.

Desired Skills

  • Marketing university degree or equivalent - maturity in your thinking is what we are after.
  • Understanding/experience of the logistics sector/SaaS businesses.
  • Sound CRM experience - attention to detail and diligent record-keeping aiding in the chase for the sale.
  • Ability to connect with a customer immediately, qualify, and concierge to the AE channel.
  • Great team player who understands the importance of working together to meet a common goal.
