Position Overview:

Caspar.AI is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record within the long-term care industry, live in the Eastern US and be willing to travel as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales & Business Development:


  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, and comprehensive market research.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of Caspar.AI’s products and services.

 

Account Management:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Oversee the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within the long-term care sector.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Basic project management skills, with the ability to oversee timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
