[Job Summary]
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to spearhead the development of new business opportunities and the establishment of robust sales pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management, including securing major clients.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Sales Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
(2) Partnership & Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
(3) Bring in Major Clients:
- Identify, approach, and secure significant clients to drive business growth.
- Develop customized sales pitches and solutions to meet the needs of high-value clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with major clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
(4) Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure cabling and server network systems market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets, particularly in smart factory, logistics automation, smart factory building equipment companies, and IT services sectors.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
[Qualifications]
(1) Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
(2) Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in IT services industries.
- Proven track record in developing new business, managing sales pipelines, and securing major clients.
(3) Skills:
- Strong understanding of infrastructure server network systems, smart factory technologies, and IT services.
- Knowledge of smart factory building equipment companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
