As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for setting high standards and achieving sales goals for Fountain Forward. You will be working closely with the Leadership Team to develop the roadmap for realizing and offering our Automotive services in accordance with Fountain Forward’s vision. Finally, you will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and communicating metrics and KPIs relevant to the scope. The Sales Executive will be reporting to our CEO who is currently in charge of sales development. More specifically, you will:
Essential General Duties & Responsibilities
Familiarize yourself with all company offerings and marketing materials/strategies
Follow daily prospecting and activity requirements, daily check of Sales pipeline through our CRM tools.
Daily follow up of potential clients.
Set up Sales budget alongside with our CEO
Analyze current sales strategy and suggest improvements
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them alongside our CEO.
Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
Prepare and present reports to the Leadership Team.
Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships based on KPI’s.
Represent Fountain Forward, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
Proactively cold call, introduce our services, identify & align with prospects needs, demonstrate our features, present, and close deals.
Prepares overall utilization forecasts, sales, and monthly tracking reports to track progress against forecasts.
Participation in conferences or other industry events whether in person or digital
Daily Responsibilities
Follow daily prospecting and activity requirements, daily check of Sales pipeline through our CRM tools.
Daily follow up of potential clients.
Proactively cold call, introduce our services, identify & align with prospects needs, demonstrate our features, present, and close deals.
Keep a daily update of each one of the leads.
Managing prospect pipeline and generating status reports when necessary
Assist the CEO in any sales-related items.
Handwritten letter to all individuals in which complete discovery call
Weekly Responsibilities
Present and report to the Leadership team the weekly update of the Sales pipeline.
Report to the CEO the advances of the Sales team throughout the week.
Create and communicate sales goals. Ensure the C-Level executives are informed on the progress of these goals.
Ensure the pipeline value is correct and being filled out correctly.
Provide a weekly update regarding market conditions, local competition, and recommendations on possible advertising or incentive programs.
Contacts per day, appointments, proposals, closes
Activity Expectations Example:
Fountain Forward has the ability to generate leads but we also expect our Sales Executive to self generate leads especially in the first 12 months. Conferences, webinars, and outreach are key. Passive ways of generating leads are creating content, presence on Social Media, word of mouth. Consider using Sales Navigator and adding GM’s and spend 15-30 minutes a day commenting.
A 120 day timeline has been created for this position and will be broken down after the second interview should that take place.
Location: Remote with anticipated travel most likely 6-12 times per year
Compensation: Commission based, on target earnings more than $175,000/year, with long term advancement to being Director of Sales.
