The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager who has previously worked at MassMutual or a similar company and understands the nuances of the Financial Services industry. The Sales Manager will be the driving force behind our sales team, responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, developing and managing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Recruiting and training new sales staff and ensuring they have the knowledge and tools necessary to perform at high levels
Desired Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management, preferably in life insurance or financial services
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
An exceptional leader who can inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
