As a Remote Sales Officer at Binge Island, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new clients for our subscription-based web design and management service. This commission-only position offers autonomy, flexibility, and unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each client's unique requirements and pain points.
  • Present Binge Island's services in a compelling and consultative manner, tailored to each prospect's needs and objectives.
  • Leverage effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales and achieve our revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience.


What You’ll Need

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in service-based industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets and achieve objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with access to reliable internet and necessary technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, communication tools, and digital sales platforms.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical sales practices.
  • Experience with web design and development, technology subscription-based software is an asset, but not required

Sales Bonus:

Earning Potential:

  • Average Monthly Earnings: $4k/mo

- Based on getting 9 clients per month.

  • Maximum Monthly Earnings: NO CAP

As we grow, we will eventually need Sales Officers , Lead Sales Officers, Sales managers, Director of Sales, Head of Sales, Chief Sales Officer (CSO), and various other potential roles in different departments within the company. We want to reward your performance and there will always be unlimited growth potential for top performers.
