We are actively looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales team's efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging Salesforce CRM to its fullest potential. This individual will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce expert with a deep understanding of sales operations and a passion for data and technology-driven solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Salesforce Management:
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM to meet the evolving needs of the sales team.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce usage, ensuring maximum adoption and value.
  • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales cycle.
  • Ensure consistent use of sales methodologies and tools across the team.
  • Data Integrity and Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data within Salesforce.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Implement data cleansing and enrichment strategies to enhance the reliability of sales information.
  • Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate ongoing education.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership based on data analysis.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to provide updates and insights.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably within the disaster restoration industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including administration, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Your Experience

  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Experience with other sales and marketing technologies (e.g., marketing automation tools, sales engagement platforms).
  • Familiarity with the disaster restoration industry and its unique challenges.
