Farmer's Fridge

Sales Optimization Analyst

Farmer's Fridge Chicago, IL

Farmer’s Fridge makes fruits and vegetables accessible and approachable for everyone. We offer a variety of fresh, healthy, ready-to-eat meals and snacks through our fresh food vending machines, wholesale partners, and our office pantry solution — providing chef-curated meals to customers within seconds. Today, we operate a network of Fridges and partner with clients nationwide in high-foot-traffic areas, such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings — where there is limited accessibility to fresh, healthy, grab-n-go options.

We care deeply about what we’re creating and aspire to make sure our customers feel that through every touchpoint. This shows up in many ways across the business. We are committed to prioritizing food safety, we are passionate about product quality, we value our employees, we champion the best idea no matter where it comes from, and we’re committed to making an overall positive impact as we scale.

About This Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Optimization Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting the broader Sales and Sales Ops teams, across our Fridge and Wholesale channels. Completion of your day-to-day responsibilities will ensure that client data and metric reporting are managed in an accurate and timely manner, while supporting larger teamwide initiatives and data requests from the Sales and Sales Ops teams. This position presents the opportunity to gain experience in sales optimization, data management, and sales analytics, while contributing to the overall success of the company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and maintain internal sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Own the weekly order entry process and related communications for Wholesale clients - input orders from clients into the Company’s CRM (Salesforce) and thoroughly check data accuracy, correcting for errors when necessary.
  • Work cross-functionally with Distribution, Demand Planning, Production, and others to accommodate Wholesale order changes.
  • Manage weekly and monthly sales report requests for Enterprise clients.
  • Own the completion of vendor registrations and regulatory permitting; work cross-functionally with Legal, Quality & Food Safety, and Accounting to collect the necessary information to ensure there are no delays due to lack of compliance.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic Sales initiatives and overall business objectives.
  • Support the management of CRM data by performing regular data audits and validations to ensure the accuracy of the information collected.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and/or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a curious mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, is a plus.
