Sales Recruiter

A large financial client of our is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team that will focus on helping fill a variety of positions within sales, marketing, and other corporate functions. This person will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers while working directly with hiring managers and other leaders in the organization.

**This is a 9 month contract starting out and will be Hybrid Onsite (3 days in office per week). No Corp-to-corp is permitted.**

Job Functions:

• Sources, screens, interviews, makes offers and work directly with Hiring Leaders to provide a top-quality experience for both the leader and the candidates.
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinator and onboarding team.

Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for sales, marketing and corporate functions is ideal. Must live within commutable distance to the office in Sunrise, FL.
• Prefer a minimum 3+ years of experience in the recruitment preferrable corporate recruiting.
• Familiar with Taleo, Eightfold, Outlook and other candidate CRMs (such as Workday, Bullhorn, Success Factors).
