With our recent expansion, bringing in over 35 new team members this fiscal year, we are looking to continue scaling up our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Your Daily Tasks Will Involve

  • Deep Sourcing: Engaging in extensive sourcing of candidates for 3-4 hours daily.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinating with the Talent and Hiring Teams to calibrate candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Screens: Conducting 2-4 candidate screenings via Google Meet.
  • Hiring Meetings: Participating in recruitment kickoff meetings and team syncs.
  • Daily Reports: Providing updates on sourcing activities and candidate trends at the end of the day.
  • Interview Coordination: Managing scheduling and rescheduling of interviews.
  • Candidate Communication: Ensuring clear and genuine communication with candidates.

Additional Responsibilities Will Include

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers: Collaborating to assess staffing needs and creating tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Creative Sourcing: Utilizing diverse channels for candidate engagement.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conducting thorough screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Reporting: Keeping stakeholders informed about sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
  • Database Management: Maintaining accurate information in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Building a Talent Pipeline: Developing a strong talent pool for current and future needs.
  • Networking: Establishing relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Process Enhancement: Working with Talent and People Ops Teams to improve recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Achieving success in this role means conducting a thorough search for exceptional talent and effectively assessing a diverse candidate pool to meet company needs.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and compliance standards.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Recruiting Experience: 3-4+ years in a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition role with a successful record of hiring Sales candidates.
  • Salesforce Recruiting: 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • High-Volume Hiring: Experience managing 5-10+ positions simultaneously and around 40+ candidate relationships.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems.
  • Tool Stack Familiarity: Experience with tools such as G Suite, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, and others.

Our Process
