Sales Representative [2312]
Staffer is looking for independent sales beasts to join the team and help with everything from bringing on clients to filling job openings. The responsibilities of a sales beast include identifying prospects, designing email cadences, sourcing clients through LinkedIn and Crunchbase, conducting strategic reach-outs, updating the CRM, and having a blast at all times. You will act as the sales partner and advocate for our clients.
A successful sales beast has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with sales and outreach tools, trends, systems, and keeps informed on all things sales. You can love having fun and don't get. bogged down by the BS and nuances of the grind

Sales Beast's Responsibilities
- Identifying future needs of clients and developing outreach strategies.
- Collaborating with internal team to build a consistent process of outreach, follow up and close.
- Attracting suitable prospects through Google, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.
- Conducting sales demos and managing prospects through a defined sales process to get them closed and onboarded.
- Assessing sales knowledge, skills, and experience to optimize outreach conversion into demos.
- Assisting with closing new deals and helping clients
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Be a beast when it comes to LinkedIn
- The ability to conduct different types business development strategies.
- Experience with sales processes, tools, systems and candences.
- The ability to design and implement sales strategies.
