Sales Solar Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar panel systems to residential and commercial customers. This role requires a strong sales acumen and a passion for renewable energy solutions.

Duties

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities

- Utilize Sunbase (CRM tool) to manage leads and track sales progress

- Engage in door-to-door sales activities to promote solar products

- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and provide tailored solutions

- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy industry

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with multilingual customers

- Strong sales skills with a track record of successful outside sales

- Familiarity with Sunbase or other CRM software is advantageous

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales initiatives

- Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits

- It is mandatory for applicants to be either U.S. citizens or permanent residents who fully comply with the Employment Eligibility Verification requirements of the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, as outlined in the USCIS I-9 form.

This position is for a comissioned Sales Solar Consultant

Job Type: Self Employed contractor (Comissions only)

Payments: Estimated by plus than $115.000 per year in commissions

Experience required:

Minimum of 1 year in Solar Energy Market as Sales Consultant
