Summary Of Position
The Reseller Program Manager is a critical role dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and fostering the growth of our reseller program. This role will not only oversee the success management team but also refine sales and onboarding processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the reseller landscape.

Summary Of Position
The Reseller Program Manager is a critical role dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and fostering the growth of our reseller program. This role will not only oversee the success management team but also refine sales and onboarding processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the reseller landscape.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between teams, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
- Team Oversight: Lead and manage the partner success management team, which will include four Partner Success Managers.
- Process Optimization: Enhance both reseller sales and merchant onboarding processes as well as the demo and estimate creation procedures.
- Training and Onboarding: Spearhead the planning and direction for the training of new resellers, ensuring they're well-equipped to succeed.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work hand in hand with sales and marketing to craft and rollout effective pipeline marketing messages, promotions, and more.
- Analytics: Track and evaluate sales statistics based on critical quantitative metrics, using this data to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Policy Development: Formulate new policies and Standard Operating Procedures to crystalize and document all sales-related processes.
- Escalation Management: Address and manage sales-related escalations arising from external partners promptly.
- Relationship Building: Play an active role in both establishing and nurturing relationships with new resellers, ensuring they feel supported and integrated.
- Sales Planning: Define and execute territory sales plans tailored to each reseller success manager under your supervision.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring the quotas and goals of each sales team member, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Reporting: Uphold an organized and easily accessible reporting system for the sales and administrative team.
- Retention Strategies: Contribute to the development and enactment of ongoing strategies to retain clients and resellers, minimizing attrition.
- Project Assistance: Provide vital support on projects to the management team and executives as situations demand.
- Client Servicing: Continue to cater to existing portfolio requests, ensuring sustained client satisfaction.
- Sales Experience: A proven track record of 5+ years of success in sales roles, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED /Batchelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with payments and point of sales industries and products/services offered
- Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and lead sales team members.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating deals and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues in various departments to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company policies, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify challenges, propose solutions, and overcome obstacles to achieve sales objectives.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and sales targets.
- Motivational Skills: Inspire and motivate the sales team to perform at their best and achieve collective goals.
- Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
