Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, offering guidance and support for their professional growth.
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce development projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends for continuous innovation.
Conduct code reviews and implement quality assurance processes to enhance system performance.
Establish and enforce governance policies to safeguard data integrity and ensure compliance with regulations.
Work collaboratively across teams in sales, marketing, and IT to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to help them enhance their skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Experience in managing and mentoring developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (like Git), and deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Flosum, Copado).
Proficiency in optimizing deployment pipelines for smooth and automated release processes.
