Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP software installation, upgrades, patching, and comprehensive support for SAP and non-SAP applications. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP ABAP and Java stacks, as well as hands-on database administration experience.

Responsibilities:

SAP Software Management:

• Install, upgrade, patch, and troubleshoot SAP software/kernel.
• Configure, monitor, and tune SAP systems.
• Perform client copies, system refreshes, transport management, and backups/restores.
• Manage disaster recovery processes, printer/spool administration, and batch job administration.

System Administration:

• Administer security, start/stop applications/databases, manage system landscape directory, and single sign-on.
• Handle SAP Service Marketplace/OSS Administration.

Comprehensive SAP BASIS Support:

• Provide support for SAP components and applications including ECC, SCM, LiveCache, BW, BW Java, PI/PO, SLT/sidecar, EWM, SolMan, GRC, EP, CAMS/MII, C-Folders, NWDI, BOBJ, Data Services, Information Steward, TREX, Fiori/Fiori Launchpad, Splunk, Remedy, ServiceNow, Rev-Trac, ChaRM, and SAProuter.

Database Administration:

• Perform extensive database administration tasks with Oracle, Oracle Enterprise Manager, HANA, Oracle RAC, Oracle GRID, super cluster, and High Availability/Disaster Recovery.

On-Call Support:

• Provide primary/secondary on-call BASIS support.

Application Modeling:

• Manage application modeling throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead design and development activities within specific application software languages.
• Interpret requirements, perform complex analyses, and present options and recommendations.
• Develop advanced technological ideas and guide development into a final product.
