Technical/Functional Skills
At least 5 years Basis Administration experience and an excellent technical knowledge of SAP technologies and management of SAP systems including components, S4, Success Factors, Gateway, Enterprise Portal, Cloud Platform Integration, Process Orchestration, Cloud Connector / Web Dispatchers, Solution Manager and Cloud ALM.
Roles & Responsibilities
System management and administration - availability Customer service requests support System evolution - capacity management Enhancements and upgrades - projects Organisational obligations Database Administration skills medium to advanced level, SAP HANA - preferred. Understanding of application, server and network security
mechanisms and best practice. This includes authentication methods, secure data access, firewalls, etc. A full and complete understanding of good practise in terms of change management, database management and administration practises is essential. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, using professional judgement. Self-motivated with the ability to work within a team or autonomously.
