8+ years SAP Basis experience in a large-scale SAP system landscape Participates in on-call Tier 3 production support activities.
Is expected to have the technical knowledge and capability to handle most problems that may arise.
Analysis system performance with a mindset towards proactive measures to avoid system downtime or degradation.
Performs SAP Basis administration and technical core tasks including SAP software installation, upgrade, Support Packages, patches, and fixes, installation of add-on software components.
Maintain multi-landscape environments through environment copies, system refreshes and transport management.
Monitor and manage the servers, background jobs, performance of the system.
Monitor the status of work processes, application servers and system logs etc.
Ability to provide quick resolution of the problems ensuring minimal downtime to the business.
Experience in Hana / AWS migration is a plus.
