The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing S/4 installations, upgrades, patches, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes, and installing add-on software components. Additionally, the candidate will have hands-on experience in HANA DB administration, migrations from legacy systems, and installing/configuring various SAP components such as S/4 Core, EWM, Enterprise portals, GRC, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, and Solution Manager.
Responsibilities
What you'll do…
Setup and configure Solution Manager Dashboards for monitoring and administering SAP systems.
Develop, implement, and execute SAP BASIS/HANA DB policies and procedures to ensure system integrity and availability.
Monitor CPU/HANA Memory Utilization, troubleshoot, and tune SAP systems for optimal performance.
Collaborate with vendors/partners to optimize S/4 systems performance.
Participate in multi-landscape design solutions and architecture recommendations.
Experience in using Solution Manager ChaRM and Transport Management System.
Provide support and guidance to project and development teams during project implementation.
Offer production support with periodic 24x7 on-call responsibilities.
Work closely with other product teams to meet operational KPIs/SLAs.
Qualifications
You'll have…
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
10+ years of experience with SAP Basis Administration
Minimum 8 full SAP life cycle SAP S/4 implementations experience
Problem solving and debugging skills
Effective team player working with Onsite and Offshore teams
