Compensation: $55-70/hr (conversion up to $80k/yr Base + Bonus + Stock Options + Benefits)

Responsibilities
Responsible for performing day-to-day technical tasks for a project, including all project activities.
Duties will include Design/Build/Run, Operations Architecture, System Administration, Database, ERP and other technical frameworks, etc.
Will serve as the individual providing expertise in a specific area and troubleshooting and issue resolution for moderately complex environments.
Responsible for providing support for the technical infrastructure of the SAP solution across all production stacks along with daily system monitoring and issue resolution.
Provide technical input for all maintenance requests that are entered into project-identified change management.
Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of the SAP environments.
Provide SAP HANA support.
Provide SAP DBA and limited OS support as it relates to the SAP Landscape.
Provide proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of the SAP Landscape.
Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for system activities and ensure change control is followed as necessary.
Participate in application updates and upgrade projects and system refreshes.
Performance tuning.
Participate in on-call support rotation.
Handle technology issues and escalate as necessary to expert level help.
Execute projects when requested.
Implement process improvement measures within the environment.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in Production SAP environment.
1+ year of Operating System / knowledge of system commands and structures.
1+ year of RDBMS Management.
1+ year of experience in at least two (2) of the following:
SAP Basis R/3
SAP Basis Netweaver
SAP Basis BW
SAP Basis XI/PI
SAP Basis SCM
SAP Portals
SAP ECC 6
Preferred Skills:
Understanding and experience in back-up and recovery.
Experience supporting interfaces.
Performance Tuning Experience.
Understanding of BW, R/3 and CRM integration.
Process improvement / including documenting and implementation of processes.
