What You'll do:

  • Design, configure and document SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) application and functionality in support of business objectives. This includes full lifecycle deliverables from blueprinting to deployment.
  • Work with client to understand Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Planning (including production planning and scheduling), and Integrated Business Planning business processes and provide the technology to support these processes.
  • Prepare and lead design workshops representing processes and sub-processes, define the architecture, process design, and technical requirements.
  • Development test scripts, test functionality, and resolve defects.
  • Review and develop all deliverables throughout the project SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirements traceability.
  • Identify and resolve design issues, and provide feedback for design reviews.
  • Collect and assess requirements, scope the project, lead design and the implementation of IBP.
  • Collaborate with development team to define, estimate and document solution design of enhancements and alternative solution design options for business requirements.
  • Work with client and other team members to ensure components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the business requirements.
  • Work with client to assist in the implementation of large scale SAP systems. Lead tasks to ensure the success of the project is obtained.
  • Prepare progress reports for the internal leadership and for client and monitor project progress.
  • Mitigate risks, address issues, interface with client, and keep the leadership informed on project status.
  • Closely engage the program architect and the leadership team to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop basis of estimates and program schedule for multiple solution alternatives
  • Author white papers, root cause analysis, other solution related documentation as needed.
  • Provide support to the management and perform duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
  • Preference given to candidates with minimum completed Public Trust investigation, active DoD security clearance, or candidate must be clearable
  • 10+ years demonstrated progressive experience as a SAP IBP/APO business analyst
  • 7+ years experiences in Supply Chain Planning process - Sales & Operations Planning covering statistical forecasting, demand management, supply & inventory planning
  • 5+ years technical integration experience to include SAP EWM, (e.g. Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Physical Inventory, Internal Goods Movements, Batch, Lot and Serial Number Management), MM (e.g. Receipts Processing and Item Categories Configuration), QM, SD (e.g. Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipments, Billing, Customer Master).
  • 2+ years Agile development process
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA technical solutions
  • Flexibility to travel as required

Preferred Skills:

  • Preference given to candidates with experience in integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs/ SAP solutions (i.e., AESIP, LMP, GCSS-Army, Navy, USTRACOM, etc.)

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$151,425.00 - $212,886.00
