SAP Test Lead

Join our team dedicated to developing and executing innovative solutions in support of customer mission success. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP Test Lead to support our Department of Defense client in modernizing their SAP ERP system. This role requires a clear understanding of SAP functionality and its application within DoD environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the SAP testing team in planning, executing, and managing comprehensive testing strategies for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Responsible for communicating and reporting status and issues to Manager as required
• Oversee project to make sure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks, and team strengths and assist with assignment of resources
• Demonstrate leadership accountability for testing on the projects assigned
• Independently drive issues to closure, escalating to leadership as needed
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and implement solutions when appropriate
• Apply a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to make key decisions that are supported by facts
• Utilize testing tools and methodologies to automate test scripts, optimize testing processes, and improve overall efficiency (e.g., Tricentis, Selenium, BMC)
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience
• 10+ yrs. in strong SAP Test Management and leadership skills
• Experience with SAP Test Management, SAP Best Practices, Estimation, Planning and Strategy
• Delivery experience leading projects through a standard software testing methodology (test planning, test scope identification, test case development, test execution, and defect management)
• Experience with client and stakeholder management
• Hands on experience with SIT, Defect Management activities, Risk Management
• Exhibit confident, tactful oral communication with peers and IT leaders
• Deliver day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Good analytical and reporting skills
