Requirements
Requirements:
Active School Counselor certification/license - Pennsylvania certification preferred but not required (we reimburse for cross-licensing)
Master's degree in School Counseling or related field
Prior experience in a school counseling role
Experience providing counseling services to diverse and special education student populations
Strong knowledge of counseling theories, interventions, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and their families
Comfortable with technology and virtual counseling platforms
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Commitment to student success and well-being
