Are you an experienced Project/Program Manager with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to work 100% remotely.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Responsible for technical delivery of the solution working with multiple Agile teams that are developing various parts. This role is the glue between all those teams
Coordinate with the infrastructure teams to ensure that the environments are available and working
Facilitate pre-scheduled and ad-hoc meetings to review progress, identify roadblocks and develop solutions
Assist the Program Manager to refine the project plan and ensure that the team meets the milestones
Consult with key technical resources to prepare status reports. Translate technical details to simpler language for a senior leadership audience
Collaborate with non-technical parts of the program (e.g. Training, Business Readiness, UAT etc.) to resolve inter-dependencies and be in sync
Qualifications:
Technical IT Delivery in an Agile and cloud environment
Manage matrixed, cross-functional teams to meet strict deadlines
Calm under pressure. Self-driven individual who can operate with limited supervision
