Manage the forecast Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence the eCommerce demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentation
Measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate forecasts made, to assist in assessing the effectiveness of the demand planning & forecasting function
Create the company’s supply chain strategy
Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
Evaluate and report on KPIs
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
5 -10 years of SCM experience is required
Excellent organizational and project management skills
A strategic and analytical mind
Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred
