Scrum Master- AP/Project Accounting - THIS IS A FULL TIME PROJECT. NO OTHER CLIENT COMMITMENTS, FULL OR PART TIME ARE ALLOWED.

Role Description:

Lead the transition of accounting processes to cloud functionality, focusing on aligning business processes, policies, and controls with cloud capabilities. This role supports the integration of AP and Project Accounting in the cloud environment

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple boards: AP and Project Accounting.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive the alignment of business processes with new cloud functionalities.
• Resolve impediments and streamline workflow to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master on large-scale projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile boards.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based systems and financial processes alignment (Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, Workday, Microsoft Azure or AWS is highly preferred)
• Experience in managing or transforming accounts payable processes, particularly in a cloud environment
• Understanding project accounting principles and experience with systems that support project-based financial tracking and reporting as they will be overseeing the integration of project accounting into new systems.
• Knowledge of Jira, Agile methodologies, and Scrum cadences and ceremonies.
• Experience in banking and financial services environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
