This is an Automated Testing position, not Manual Testing. Please ensure the candidates testing skills focused mainly on automated.
Software Development Engineer in Test and not a QA Engineer. SDET has in-depth technical knowledge and must have built automation frameworks using Java, understands how API’s and UI’s are developed (microservice architecture) and tested using both manual and automated techniques, good knowledge of SQL to data mine the test data. We will be doing a hands on coding round to test these skills and folks without real experience in these areas won’t pass.
In addition to the SDET responsibilities, the candidate as needed will be asked to perform certain duties as a Technical analyst and should be exceptionally good in verbal communication.
