Responsibilities:
Install and program new wireless alarm and security systems
Wireless equipment: sensors, motions, glass breaks, etc.
Google products Cameras, doorbells, Hubs
Conduct walks through with customer to understand where the equipment is and does.
Explain in detail how to use the systems and answer any questions that may arise
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may accrue security systems.
Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions.
Logging all details on every job
Monitor your personal inventory of service parts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security installation, maintenance, or other related fields
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
